Embroidery Information

Lab coat embroidery colors to choose from include: khaki, bronze, royal blue, blossom (pink), storm navy, black, red wine, willow (green), cocoa, and plum. Please include the color you would like in the "comments" section of checkout. If you do not choose a color or make notation as to your preference in the comments section of checkout, the coat will be embroidered in our standard (most popular) khaki color that matches the inside seams of the lab coats.

Scrub color embroidery is pre-determined, to match the drawstring of the chosen scrub set color.

The lapels of the Callia, Ellody and Estie and Elizabeth B. lab coats will often cover the first part of embroidery in sizes 0 - 6. This is both reflective of the modern collar styles and smaller amount of space above the pocket on a proportioned woman's lab coat.

Although the quality of our embroidery work is exceptional, we do find it challenging to space embroidery for those with longer names and/or numerous titles - something very common with our customer base. On a woman's lab coat, there is inherently less fabric above the pocket, as compared to a man's lab coat or a unisex style lab coat. So it is up to our customers to minimize the length of embroidery, if embroidery is selected on a smaller sized lab coat. Further suggestions are as follows:

We do our absolute best to provide quality custom embroidery that is spaced appropriately above the chest pocket. Medelita is not responsible for coverage of embroidery, without exception. Since it is our firm policy that embroidered lab coats may not be returned, we suggest that if you have a long name and/or concerns about coverage, that you take your lab coat to a local embroiderer once received.

We want nothing more than for our customers to be 100% happy with your new lab coats - including what we call the "icing on the cake" (embroidery). Embroidery is your mark of achievement and status, and thus it is important for us to inform our customers of the above policies and suggestions.
