Sanita® Size Guide
Sanita® clogs should feel roomy and not constrained. There should be a 1/4 inch (pinky figure width) gap between the heel of your foot and the back of the clog. Your heel should lift in the back of the shoe as you walk. If you are between sizes, order the larger clog size, since professional clogs are traditionally worn with a medium weight sport sock.
If you have a wide foot, please order up one size larger than what you traditionally order.

What is your return policy?
Exchanges and returns are free of charge on unworn items. Simply log into your account, email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org , or call 877.987.7979 to request a UPS return label. We want our customers to be comfortable and happy in the style they choose. Greater than one exchange or return is the responsibility of the customer – please ensure items are sent to the address below with a tracking number for your records. Products returned must be new, in unused condition, and must contain all pieces, parts and tags. If the exchange or return items are deemed worn, abused, or missing parts, they will be returned to the customer without refund or exchange.

What is the Sanita warranty?
Sanita guarantees their clogs from manufacturer defects within a reasonable amount of time. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturer defect. If you find your clogs to have a manufacturer's defect, please contact Medelita for assistance at 877.987.7979.
How fast will my item ship?
Your order should leave the Sanita warehouse within 1-2 business days. Sanita ships separately via UPS standard ground shipping from Texas unless otherwise noted at checkout. Orders placed after 10am CST will ship the next business day.
The color of my clogs look slightly different than the picture online. How come?
There may be some variation due to the nature of the genuine leathers and the all natural dying techniques that is used. Each and every leather item will be slightly different.
My socks became discolored the first time that I wore my new clogs. Why is that?
The upper portion of the leather is folded back inside the shoe, mainly around the arch of the foot, and then stitched down to ensure a smooth, comfortable finish and appearance. Thus, leather or material that is custom dyed typically rubs into the socks during the first and second wear. Simply use Oxy Clean® or another similar laundry treatment to remove temporary staining of your socks.
