While redesigning Medelita's e-commerce site in early 2015, Chief Marketing Officer Dan Stepchew spared no effort to build a site that offers real solutions to our customers. The site's B2B features include the ability to manage bulk orders, coordinate billing and set budget limits. These features are are built into the Medelita group shopping experience and give large institutions the flexibility to have their team choose the lab coats, scrubs and other workwear that fits their needs.
“Our goal is to be able to provide the same value and shopping experience for all orders, from one unit purchased to 1,000 units,” said Stepchew.
With growth rates exceeding industry standards, Medelita's online store is an example of e-commerce at its finest.
