The Medelita Colleague Referral Program provides our existing customers with an opportunity to earn $20 in store credit each time their colleagues make a regular purchase at medelita.com. Better yet, when they send their colleagues to medelita.com, those people will also get $20 towards a medelita store purchase. Hence, $20 for $20.

Log In and Start Earning Credit

 

The Process:

Step 1 - Log In

Log in or create a new account in order to start referring. You can log in using the "log in/my account" link on the medelita.com home page (at the top of the site).

Step 2 - Go To The Referral Form

Once logged in, you must click on "Colleague Referrals" from the main account screen.

Step 3 - Send The Link

On the "Colleague Referrals" screen, you can perform one of three actions to send a referral: 

1. Complete the "Invite a friend" form by clicking the "Invite a friend" button and filling in email addresses where you would like to send the referral link. 

2. Highlight and copy the Broadcast link to the right of the label "Broadcast Link," then paste it in an email to your friends or on social networks like Twitter or Facebook.

3. Click the Twitter or Facebook "Send" button to send the link as a Facebook private message to your colleagues on Facebook or Twitter.

Step 4 - Referral Follows Link

Once your referral clicks on the link that he or she receives, they will be prompted to create a new account in order to redeem the $20 in store credit.

Step 5 - Referral Creates A New Account

Once your referral creates a new account, they will be taken to their account page and will see that they have $20 in store credit available. All instances of automatically-issued store credit through this program will expire after 365 days.

Step 6 - Referral Proceeds to the Check Out Page

When your referral proceeds to check out, they will have the option to use their store credit. Everyone must be LOGGED IN at the time of check out and the order subtotal must be $100 or greater in order to use their store credit.

Step 7 - Referral Completes Purchase

When the referral completes a purchase using store credit, this will be reflected in the customer's order receipt. Also, the original referrer will automatically be notified via email that they now have a new $20 in store credit as a result of their colleague's completed purchase.

Step 8 - The Original Referrer Logs In

When the referrer logs into their account, they will see the new store credit reflected on their store credit history with a 365 day expiration date from the date their collague completed their purchase.

Step 9 - The Original Referrer Proceeds to Check Out Page

When the original referrer proceeds to the check out page, they will have the opportunity to apply store credit to their total order amount as long as they are logged in and the order's subtotal is $100 or more.

Important Terms & Conditions

Logging In - A Medelita customer must be logged into their account before they will be able to complete a purcahse using store credit. Customers cannot use the "express checkout" option when using store credit.

Subtotal Requirement - A Medelita customer must have at least $100 worth of products in their cart before they will be able to complete a purchase using store credit .

Expiration Dates - Every time a customer receives store credit (either from a referral link or as a referrer) the credit they earn will be associated with an expiration date. Once the expiration date for each issuance of credit has passed, that portion of store credit will be removed from the customers's account.

Store Credit Limits - There is no limit to the amount of store credit that can be accrued by any one customer account.

Returns - In the event a referred new customer returns a purchased item and their lifetime order value decreases below $75, the referral credit awarded to the referring customer may be rescinded.

Abuse - Referring customers may not refer anyone who is an existing Medelita customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address. Referring customers may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to persons they don't personally know to collect referrals and may not collect referrals by posting on message boards or other online venues in violation of such venues' terms of use. Medelita reserves the right to cancel a referring customer's referral credit if it determines in its sole discretion that a referring customer has violated these terms, including through any fraudulent or misleading referral activity (for example, by referring fake people to Medelita, using false names, using multiple identities, email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing false or misleading information) or if Medelita terminates the referring customer's account for any reason. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Any other abuse of this offer as determined byMedelita in its sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and cancellation of the referred customer's discounted order, as well as both parties' ability to participate in this or future offers. Determination of referral eligibility and qualifying purchases, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of Medelita. Medelita reserves the right to verify and adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.

Choosing Amount To Use - Customers with store credit available have the ability to specify exactly how much of their avaialble store credit they would like to use during each purchase. There is no limit on the amount of available store credit that can be used during each purchase.

Store Credit - Store credit is treated as a discount to Medelita customers for purchases made at medelita.com. Store credit is not a substitute for currency, nor is Medelita obligated to pay customers in cash in exchange for store credit. Medelita store credit can only be used at medelita.com.

Exclusive Pricing - Store credit is NOT AVAILABLE for purchases made on products with exclusive pricing and when paying using a Henry Schein account.

Web Specials - Store credit can be used when purchasing web specials.

Discount Codes - Store credit can be used in conjunction with any valid customer discount code.

Past Purchases - Offer not valid for purchases made in the past.

Third Party Websites - This offer is solely intended as a referral program for use between colleagues. Medelita reserves the right to revoke a user's store credit if he/she is found to have posted their unique referral code on any third party websites, including coupon sites.

Other - Offer not valid for referrals made in person or without first completing the online referral process summarized above.

Medelita reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the referral program, store credit program, and/or all associated terms and conditions without prior notice.
