Customer Experience Specialist

Description

Medelita is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing and dedicated Customer Experience Team. Ideal candidates will have a high level of customer relationship understanding, experienced through other customer centric brands, as well as the ‘do what it takes’ attitude to service high level clients. As an ideal candidate, you are able to work in a high performing group and thrive in this environment. The Customer Experience team is a key component to our success; you will be working directly with customers to bring the Medelita brand to life through your personal interactions.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage in customer interactions constantly; in person, on the phone, via email and social
    media channels.
  • Partner with team members in multiple departments and levels in the organization to
    provide the customer with the best possible outcome.
  • Provide in person retail service in our boutique, curated storefront.
  • Help build our brand through the experience you provide; your voice and interactions
    will make a key impact on all company decisions.

VP of Brand and Buzz

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Brand and Buzz to drive awareness of Medelita. We are a digitally native medical apparel brand, obsessed with eCommerce and building relationships through every interaction.

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Brand and Buzz will lead a team of creatives, social media, and communications experts, as well as own all branding touchpoints. You will craft and maintain the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations. Responsibilities include driving awareness, overseeing email marketing, paid media, influencing public opinion through modern PR and influencer relations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a small team responsible for telling the company story.
  • Build the brand through exceptional creative, by nurturing relationships with influencers and producing the most memorable and impactful events in the industry.
  • Own brand positioning and messaging.
  • Provide strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with media, analysts, and influencers.
  • Provide creative direction on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects.
  • Grow targeted web traffic across all channels and develop a retention strategy.
  • Establish and track marketing KPIs which align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute a separate strategy for direct to consumer retail, wholesale, and custom uniform programs at large institutions.

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience overseeing a team of creatives and/or public relations and media outreach experts.
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data.
  • Excellent eye for design and typography and the ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to the creative team.
  • Experience with other creative disciplines a plus (e.g. video, events, front-end, audio/visual, etc.).

Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Description

We are a digitally-native medical apparel brand obsessed with e-commerce and building relationships through every interaction. We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Coordinator to drive social awareness and amplify our brand proposition across the medical community.

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is tasked with shaping and growing the voice of the brand through social media and our in-house influencer program. You will be charged with increasing engagement across all public-facing channels, growing brand awareness and influencer engagement month over month. This position will be responsible for managing and growing our physician, clinician and nurse influencer/ambassador program through a creative, consistent and strategic outreach program. You will have the opportunity to build and own the success of a program that is just waiting for the right person to take it to its full potential.

Role Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Work with the marketing team to create, schedule, and analyze all social media updates.
  • Brainstorm, create, and produce new and engaging brand-centric content and events.
  • Embody the Medelita brand voice and tone in every post, tweet, update, and conversation.
  • Maintain analytics and report on what’s working and what’s not in order to make data-driven decisions on future tactics/strategy for growth.
  • Create (or copy) and experiment with new growth strategies and ideas for content and/or events like promotions, competitions, and events.
  • Collaborate with other teams including marketing, sales, design and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Act as the switchboard for all messages sent through the community, funneling appropriate messages to customer service and otherwise responding directly to brand followers across all social media channels.
  • Determine appropriate content/blog partners, lead blog outreach strategy, content production, and scale our network of advocates online.
  • Build articles for the blog & community pages, post content, and share insight/strategies on the company’s website content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent level of aptitude.
  • 1-4 years experience in social media, marketing, advertising and/or digital.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and partner across many functional teams and levels within the organization.
  • Retail or advertising experience a plus.
  • Highly organized and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple partners and manage multiple day to day activities.
  • A passion for event-planning.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfortable being the center of attention.
