What Countries Does Medelita Ship To?
Customers just about everywhere can now receive orders directly from Medelita. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States will be shipped via our international shipping partners, UPS and USPS, depending on cost and availability. We continue to expand this list, so if your country is not currently listed, please check back soon.

How Do You Ship To Destinations Outside Of The U.S?
Simply add items to your order and click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will see your total price including shipping and handling charges in United States dollars before you place your order. Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country.
In some specific cases we are able to calculate applicable duties and taxes before your order is complete. If you are charged for "Duties & Taxes" at check out, then you should expect your order delivered to you at no further expense to you.
Otherwise, these charges are beyond our control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper and you must agree to pay these charges to receive your order. Please note that in placing your international order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties which may apply. Also, please make sure that you provide us an accurate shipping address, as Medelita is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

What Are Your Shipping & Handling Charges For International Orders?
Shipping and handling charges are a flat fee that you select from the list of options available to you at checkout. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add items to your order and proceed to provide your address information in the checkout process. We will tell you the exact charges, and in some cases we will tell you the exact charges for duties and taxes (otherwise excluded), for your desired items before you actually place an order. If we are able to calculate duties and taxes for you, then you will be charged for duties and taxes by Medelita at checkout. Otherwise you will not be charged for duties and taxes by Medelita at checkout, but these charges may be applied by the destination country. If so, they will be paid on your behalf and subsequently collected from you by our shipping agent.
What Are My Shipping Options For International Orders?
We ship via UPS or USPS for all international orders, depending on the best available option based on your specific shipping address. You will receive a shipping confirmation with information about the carrier and tracking information once your order ships. We also offer UPS Expedited to Canada (2 business days from shipment to delivery).
When Will I Be Billed?
Your credit card will be billed by Medelita once the order is processed and approved.
What Is The Return Policy For International Orders?
"Try on at home" (free shipping & returns) orders do not apply to international orders. All return shipping charges are not the responsibility of Medelita. If you would like to exchange a non-embroidered item within 180 days, please send the shipment back clearly marked as 'for exchange'. We require payment for the new shipment returning to you (same as original shipping charges) once the exchange is received and process. All payments will be charged prior to shipment.
When Should I Expect My Embroidered Garments To Arrive
Many of our customers opt for custom embroidery. This requires some extra time. If you've selected custom embroidery, please allow an additional 10 days before it ships. This includes orders in which you have opted for expedited shipping. If your order includes more than one item, your entire order will be shipped when your embroidery portion is complete. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items, unless there was a significant embroidery error on our part.
