How Do You Ship To Destinations Outside Of The U.S?

At checkout, you will see the total price of your order in USD calculated once you provide your shipping address. All international orders are shipped and delivered via UPS.

Please note that the shipping total does not include duties / taxes / or customs, and these will be due at delivery. These additional charges are levied by the importing broker of record determined by UPS, and is the sole responsibility of the receiver.

What Are My Shipping Options For International Orders?

All International orders are shipped via UPS. For Canada, colleagues can select UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days) or UPS Worldwide Express* (1-3 business days).

For all other International orders, colleagues can select UPS Worldwide Expedited (5-7 business days) or UPS Worldwide Express* (1-5 business days).

*UPS Worldwide Express not available to all locations

What Is The Return Policy For International Orders?

Unfortunately the benefits of the U.S. "Try on at home" (free shipping & returns) program do not extend to international orders.

We do accept international returns, however, we will only refund the purchase price of the returned garment(s). Any shipping fees, and any customs/duties are not refundable. Additionally, you will need to provide the means to ship the item(s) back to our facility.

We are unable to provide international exchanges at this time. All qualifying conditions for returns must still be met. Please click here for more on our returns & exchange policy.

My Order Contains Custom Embroidery. When Will That Ship?

We value the opportunity to place the finishing touches on your garments. Keep in mind that this process does require some additional time in processing. Please allow no more than 10-15 additional business days for processing prior to shipping. The exact processing time will vary based upon the time of year, current trends, and order queue.

What If My Order Contains Backordered Items; When Will it Ship?

Any backordered items will prevent the order from being partially shipped. In an effort to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, international orders will be shipped only when the entire order is able to be shipped completely.
